In the beginning design stage, we create detailed analytical models by computer simulations (Computer Aided Engineering; CAE) or 3D CAD technology. We design products based on the simulative results that enables us to improve functionality and physical properties, such as strength, heat resistance, and conductivity.

Making trial samples can be partially substituted with fully exploiting the simulative method. The efficient production enables us to ensure the reasonable prices and quick delivery.

We make the most use of management resources of Hitachi Metals Group to realize a highly reliable manufacturing process, in this instance analysis supported from Global Research & Innovative Technology center (GRIT).
